The Sous Chef works to assist the Executive Chef in the hiring, training and supervising of all kitchen staff. The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the cooks on the line as well as overseeing that all safety procedures are being followed in the kitchen at all times. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing and executing all banquet meal orders and ensuring the upkeep of the employee cafeteria food & sanitation. The Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef.
