The banquet house person is responsible for set up and break down of function areas for banquet meetings and functions, refreshing meeting rooms, moving furniture, maintaining a clean storeroom, and returning equipment to the storeroom. Must be able to set up function according to written specifications. Must be able to lift heavy items including furniture, trays and boxes. Must be able to push risers and chair carts. The Part Time Banquet House person reports to the Restaurant General Manager.
